Base Building Rules 

1: No base building within 500m of any PvP Zone or 300m of any Military Checkpoints. (Exceptions can be made by staff on case to case basis. ⁠Discord 📢-create-a-ticket with any questions.)

2: No basing in Underground Facilities, Military Locations, Police Stations, Gas Stations, Prisons, Hospitals, or on CREATURE ISLAND

3: Do not block access to existing wells, roads, or hospitals with your base. No blocking vehicle spawns, period. You are allowed to build within pre-existing buildings so long as you follow these guidelines and you are not purposefully blocking off a large loot spawn area for higher gain (ie. making hunter cabins, 3+ door garages inaccessible).

4: Bases are limited to one cabin kit per territory. Watchtowers cannot exceed 1 kit high.

5: A base will be considered abandoned if the player does not raise their flag for approximately 7 days. (Please Discord⁠📢-create-a-ticket if you discover an abandoned base and would like to bring it to our attention!)

6: No floating bases, sky bridges, etc! All bases must have a generally realistic support structure.

7: Bases are limited to 50 BBP/Vanilla Kits. (Door kits, Wall kits, Foundation Kits, etc) - Height Limit of 3 BBP Kits - Flag Radius Covers 45m

8: You are limited to 15 Containers per territory (Crate and Barrel Shelves count as one container). You may have only 1x workbench of each type (RaG, BBP) per territory, but it does not count towards your 15 containers. A storage container is defined as anything with 50 slots or more.

All bases are subject to being inspected and locked up for violations at the admin's discretion and we will look into each situation case-by-case. Should we deem it necessary that you should downsize your base or move entirely, non-compliance will result in consequences.

You MUST have a land claim or territory flag kit to build or your base will be considered abandoned! The flag kit will auto complete upon placement.
